 How You Can Help:

There are many ways you can help us continue our mission of creating outdoor experiences for our veterans and service members such as referring a veteran to us who may benefit from simply taking a hike or meeting some fellow veterans.  The most direct way however, is to donate.  By making a tax-deductible donation to VOT48, you will be helping us purchase gear such as backpacks, boots, and trekking poles for veterans.  These items when gifted to our veteran hikers, greatly offset the financial burden of purchasing their own gear which may prevent them from being able to experience the outdoors.  Your donation will also help cover the cost of sending veterans to Wilderness First Aid classes where they will learn new skills and techniques to better prepare them for situations they may encounter while on the trail (injuries, weather, etc).  To make a donation to VOT48 via PayPal, simply click on the tab below.  For other ways to donate, email us at info@veteransonthe48.org .
